The journey to establish the Rotary Club of Tiger Mandaluyong has been a testament to our inner strength, unwavering commitment, and resilience in the face of challenges.
Admitted by the Rotary International on November 22, 2023, as the 107th club in District 3800, RCTM has swiftly emerged as a beacon of hope and service. Despite being a new addition, our club has pledged to address pressing issues and make a lasting impact on our community and beyond.
RCTM is committed to undertake impactful service projects spanning the seven areas of focus outlined by the Rotary International, with a particular emphasis on mental health, women’s empowerment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
It is the collective effort and love of each member from various professions that form the foundation of our Club. Together, we share a commitment to making a positive impact on our community and humanity.
As we look ahead, we are excited about the challenges and opportunities that the future holds. With great anticipation, we continue our journey of service, knowing that together, as Tigers in action, we will continue to roar for positive change.

The Four-Way Test
One of the most widely printed and quoted statements of business ethics in the world is the Rotary 4-Way Test. It was created by Rotarian Herbert J. Taylor in 1932 when he was asked to take charge of a company that was facing bankruptcy. Taylor looked for a way to save the struggling company mired in depression-caused financial difficulties. He drew up a 24-word code of ethics for all employees to follow in their business and professional lives. The 4-Way Test became the guide for sales, production, advertising, and all relations with dealers and customers, and the survival of the company is credited to this simple philosophy.
Herb Taylor became president of Rotary International in 1954 – 1955.
The 4-Way Test was adopted by Rotary in 1943 and has been translated into more than 100 languages, and published in thousands of ways. It is our ethical guide for our actions and relationships — both personal and professional. This non-partisan and non-sectarian test encourages us to ask the following questions:
Of the things we think, say, or do…
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
— Herbert J. Taylor (1893 – 1978)
