Learning Made Cooler : A Zone 8 Project for the benefit of Highway Hills Integrated School

Learning Made Cooler is a joint project of the Rotary Clubs of Mandaluyong (District 3800, Zone 8, which includes the Rotary Club of Tiger Mandaluyong.

The Project aimed at improving the learning environment at Highway Hills Integrated School in Mandaluyong City.

An air conditioning unit was donated for installation in the school library, providing students with a cooler and more comfortable space to study. This was also a token of appreciation to the school of the support they have given for the use of the school gym for the talent night practices of the Rotary Clubs from February 2025 to March 2025.

The handover ceremony of the donation was held on April 8, 2025, at Highway Hills Integrated School Conference Room . Mr. Henry Sabidong, School Head, received the donation on behalf of the school. Irresistible President Joan Tejada represented the Rotary Club of Tiger Mandaluyong.

In the heat of the Philippines, this initiative supports better focus, enhances the overall learning experience, and contributes to improved academic performance.
