The Rotary Club of Tiger Mandaluyong  in partnership with Zonta Club of  Makati Legaspi, organized a special lecture on  mental health, held on March 15, 2025, at Barangaly Addition Hills Barangay Hall, Mandaluyong City. 100 participants with ages 18 and above participated in the special lecture .

Dr. Carmelina Oyales, a gerontologist and a grief counselor, discussed on Health Stigma: Exploring the Stigma Surrounding Mental Health Issues and How It Impacts Indviduals Seeking help.

The project aimed to raise awareness of mental health needs, and improve access to quality preventive care and interventions. By raising awareness, we can challenge misconceptions and foster an environment of understanding, compassion, and support for those experiencing mental health challenges.
